Counter Offer Swap
A counter offer swap is a process in which two parties agree to exchange cryptocurrencies, but one of the parties makes a revised offer that differs from the original agreement. The revised offer, or counteroffer, changes the amount of cryptocurrency being exchanged.
For example, if Party A offers to trade 1 Bitcoin for 10 Ethereum, but Party B believes that the exchange rate is not favorable, Party B may make a counteroffer to trade 1 Bitcoin for 15 Ethereum. Party A can then decide whether to accept the counteroffer or negotiate further.
